Halloween

I suppose while I am here, I might as well add our Halloween pictures. The girls were butterflies this year. We wanted so badly to break away from the generic princess costumes of the past 5 years, so this was a promising choice. As we were out trick-or-treating with them, Steven says, "why'd you do their hair like that? They look like they're going to a rave." As soon as he said that, they turned around and I busted up. I said, "yeah, complete with glow sticks!" They had their glow stick necklaces, the ones they sell for trick-or-treating. So, yeah, in the end, our kids were ravers for Halloween. Oh boy.....

They did end up with quite the stash of candy. The rain cleared up just in time to go out, so we got farther than ever before. They had a good time and Halloween was a success!
