Steven left today for California. The girls always take it pretty hard when he goes on trips. The whole way home they both cried and then throughout the evening, at the drop of a hat, the tears would start again. I feel so bad for them. I remember that feeling from childhood, when my Dad would travel, I hated it. I have a feeling this will be a long weekend!

We've been hanging out at home these last few days. With the rain back again, I've felt kinda bummy. Hopefully it's nice tomorrow because we are supposed to head to the new sprinkler park. I think we all need to get out of the house. Webkinz has been ruling Nana's life this week and if I hear about it any more, my head will explode! Steven has been helping her win points online so that she can buy things. She is crazy obsessed with these things, but she's having fun.
